Reshaping a Nation’s Water Future, New Zealand
Supported the Affordable Water Reform Act, a multi-billion-dollar national initiative consolidating regional water services into new public entities. Our role combined PMO structuring and governance support with the M&A of regional assets, including balance sheets, legal frameworks, insurance structures, and financial and commercial operations. We worked across central and local government stakeholders to deliver milestone diagnostics, risk tracking, and structured reporting, ensuring transparent progress during a politically sensitive transition.

Managed design, permitting, construction, and commissioning with safety compliance and new technologies, ensuring grid reliability and supporting energy transition goals.
11kV Substation, Malaysia
Oversaw the delivery of civil and infrastructure works for an 11kV substation adjacent to a major highway (RM650k). Scope included schedule and contractor management, safety and quality tracking, and coordination with utility providers. Technical works covered earthworks, foundations, cable trenching, ducting, drainage, structural concrete plinths, M&E design, permitting, and commissioning.
Resilient LNG Corridors, Bangladesh
Developed a comprehensive LNG supply strategy covering sourcing, import logistics, and downstream distribution. Scope included terminal access, shipping coordination, storage optimisation, and regulatory alignment to ensure cost efficiency and security of supply. The approach connects regional demand centres with global LNG markets, balancing reliability, pricing, and long-term energy transition goals.
